Dannii Minogue is enjoying a career resurgence and raking in the big bucks!

Hot knew variety TV would make a comeback thanks to the success of Australia’s Got Talent?Everyone knows Grant Denyer is ratings gold, but the biggest surprise of all would be Dannii Minogue, who’s proving she has more tricks up her sleeve than just club popster.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that..... she’s had more consecutive number one dance singles than any other artist in the UK, including Madonna. And now she’s added 'talent quest judge' to her repertoire.

"I think the thing people forget is that I did live TV every Saturday as a kid," says Dannii Minogue, referring to her days on Young Talent Time.

"In some ways being a judge on Australia’s Got Talent has taken me back to my roots. It’s really nice to be back home in front of an Australian audience doing live TV again."

Industry insiders have been bowled over by her talent.... and not just in Australia. She’s just signed a $2.4 million deal to be a judge on British talent show The X Factor.

So, does she feel like being on TV in Australia again has been like a home coming? "Absolutely! It’s almost as if people are finally getting to know me as an adult."

But she hasn’t given up on pop. She’s got a new single.... and a performance on Dancing With The Stars. "The song is so camp and the show’s camp... so it’s a great marriage. I’m just trying to figure out how many diamantés I can get on a single outfit"
